Bisodol ®
Wind Relief Tablets

This leaflet tells you about Bisodol Wind Relief tablets. Please read it carefully before using this medicine. If you have any questions or are not sure about anything, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

What's in this medicine?

Each chewable Bisodol Wind Relief tablet contains the active ingredients Sodium Bicarbonate 63 mg, Calcium Carbonate 522 mg, Light Magnesium Carbonate 68 mg and Simethicone 100 mg. In addition, Bisodol Wind Relief tablets contain saccharin sodium, dextrose, maize starch, dextrates, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, spearmint flavouring and colours: E104 (Quinoline Yellow) and E131 (Patent Blue V).

Bisodol Wind Relief tablets are available in packs of 20.

Bisodol Wind Relief tablets contain four active ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate and light magnesium carbonate belonging to the group of medicines called antacids (which work by neutralising excess acid in the stomach) and simethicone, an antifoaming agent that gently disperses air bubbles in the stomach so that painful trapped wind can be discreetly passed.

What does the medicine do?

Bisodol Wind Relief tablets provide relief from the symptoms of acid indigestion, trapped wind and heartburn by neutralising excess acid in the stomach and eliminating intestinal gas.
